Are you in charge of your health and emotions, or are you at the whim of every ache, pain, and condition that comes along? Are your emotions up, down, and all around? They don't have to be.
If you have heard of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), maybe tried it and got some results or no results, or you really just want to learn it thoroughly, this class is for you. If you haven't heard of it, it's do-it-yourself healing. Once you know it, you can handle 50-75% of your physical and emotional hurts.
This class will teach you everything you need to know to learn Basic EFT. Class cost is $99 and it will be the best money you have ever spent! (Invite a friend and you each go for $75) This one class may end up saving you hundreds, even thousands of dollars in health costs. My teen son was able to avoid surgery with a total healing. The hundreds I spent in training were well worth it.
EFT is a gentle method of aligning the body’s meridians so that the energy can flow freely. EFT operates on the assumption that the cause of all negative emotions (and many physical symptoms) is a disruption in the body’s energy system. Since the mind and body are connected, almost any physical complaint *can* have an emotional root. You will learn exactly how the mind and body are connected, based on Chinese medicine. You will learn one basic routine with several other techniques that can be applied to any situation. EFT can improve any physical, mental, or emotional situation, but it is important that you take control of your health in this class.
The EFT founder's theme is "try it on everything." I am amazed that using that direction has brought so much relief in my life, the life of my family, friends, and clients.
With the exception of serious mental conditions (and sometimes there has been improvement there), almost every single case connected with me has seen great improvement or total resolution. I could go on and on and on with stories. I will list things I have personally helped others with at the end of this intro if you want to know. If you have questions, I am more than happy to answer them. If you find after taking the course that you did not benefit, I will gladly refund your money. So, call up a friend and make a day of it. You'll be glad you did. I'll be announcing the location soon.
I have had personal experience with the following conditions with good or complete results:
Asthma, headaches, joint pain, arthritis, stomach pains, trichotillomania, grief, PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), addictions (food, tobacco, alcohol), bee stings, sports performance, abuse, cancer pain, facing death, fear, anxiety, constipation, limiting beliefs, yeast, chronic fatigue, depression, nausea, phobias, weight loss, trauma…..and more. That's just off the top of my head.
**If you're still reading bonus** After you have gone through the class, if you have any problems at all, take advantage of one half off appointment with me for up to 90 days after the class. That's a $25 value right there. Hope I'll see you there.
It’s breast cancer awareness month. I may be the only female this really bugs. Excuse me? Can we come up with a better term? Who ISN’T aware of breast cancer? Why don’t we have a breast cancer healing month? And why don’t we look at all possibilities, not just heavily funded medical possibilities? I think focusing on healing is much more beneficial than just being aware of breast cancer. Women are aware and terrified of breast cancer and that is what I want to discuss today. Unwarranted fear. I know you may be thinking, are you out of your mind? Shouldn’t I be afraid of breast cancer? Who wants to go through something awful like that? And I say, I know. My mother was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 46, had a mastectomy, and left this earth by her own hand only six months later. Years later, within one year of each other, my paternal aunt and grandmother passed away from breast cancer. Fear? You are right, I know about fear. I guess I should say I knew about fear. Because I became so terrified that I literally saw a path in my mind and at the end of the path, was a sign marked breast cancer.
Slightly previous to and around the same time of some of these events, I began having routine thermograms. What’s a thermogram you say? Go here:
My thermography results were becoming more and more troubling and I was just this side of panic. But, also in the midst of my panic and rising concerns, I came across EFT. I learned it, I applied it. I became a living, breathing, experiment of EFT. I started using it with others. I saw amazing unexplainable results. My annual thermograms were recommended to six months. Even so, it was almost ten months before I went back. And when I did, I was curious about my new results. They had gone back toward the safe zone, and I was back to annual exams. Hmmm. Something to think about. I had not changed one other single solitary thing about my life. I had just added tapping. In fact, in some ways, many things were worse. I wasn’t exercising, I wasn’t eating true to my beliefs, etc. The funny thing is, I never directly tapped on fear of breast cancer. I tapped on traumatic memories around breast cancer, and only quickly addressed breast issues before that appointment when the values began coming down.
I was contemplating this out loud one day with my husband and he made the obvious connection: that I had been using EFT for months for every traumatic memory, every bothersome thing, and the generalization effect had actually happened.
Two years later, my test results via thermography are better than even when I started. My risk level has gone from the high of 3 that it was, all the way back down to 1. (It can go as high as 5) And not only have I worked on breast issues, self worth issues, body image, general stress, and I could go on….but that little sign at the end of the path? Obliterated. I have NO FEAR of cancer. But I have to remind myself to be compassionate toward those that do fear it and for seemingly good reasons. Like family history.
It is my decision not to have mammograms. Maybe that is an explanation best saved for another day. But, stay tuned. Because in a few days, I will post the Iron Clad Rules of Cancer and how EFT can be a big part in preventing cancer and giving someone who has been diagnosed with cancer, tools for total peace of mind. Stay tuned. You don’t have to be afraid of cancer. I’m not. And you don’t have to be either.
If you are older than 18 or so and you live in the United States, chances are, this date, 9/11, is ingrained permanently in your memory. If you are older than 18 or 19 and live anywhere in the world, chances are, you probably also remember this day.
I woke up at 5:30 am (Pacific) that day. It was dark and the air was cool and crisp when I left home and drove to town to the high school gym to lift weights. There was news on the radio about a tower and an airplane and I thought it was a crash at the Phx airport. Sad. I went and lifted weights and while lifting, on the news, it said something about President Bush and towers and airplanes. I wasn't really paying attention. On my drive home at around 6:45, I heard more on the radio again and finally realized something was terribly wrong! All airspace in the U.S. shutdown!!!!!!!!?????????? I'd never heard of such a thing.
When I got home, I went RUNNING in the house and turned on the television. My husband and children were getting ready for work and school and were almost ready to go. They hadn't heard. And then we all saw. The towers ablaze and smoking, fire at the Pentagon, another plane missing. We sat speechless and wondering, when to my total dismay, one of the towers disintegrated and fell before our eyes. I burst into tears knowing the time of day, knowing all the people that must be in them, knowing the loss and grief and trauma of thousands, that would follow. People jumping out of buildings, evacuations, all those firefighters. My husband and children left for school and work, and I sat glued to the television with my one year old and three year old at my feet while tears rolled down my face all day long.
Where were you? What did you feel? Do you still feel it? As I write, I realize that I can still feel it almost as strongly as the day I watched. I couldn't stop watching for weeks, until one day sickened and sad by the whole thing, I turned the news off, and for years, stayed away from the news. I'm able now to selectively watch if I want, but only once every few weeks and scanning headlines on the internet.
I did not know about EFT back then, and haven't thought till today to do anything about it.
What to do about past traumas? I know what I am doing today. And if you know EFT and know how to tap, I'd encourage you to do so. Releasing trauma from the past, whether it is 9/11 memories and emotions, or your own personal tragedies, gives you great freedom. Here are some things you might tap on surrounding 9/11.
Even though I still feel the trauma of that day (3x)…..I deeply and completely accept myself. Reminder, trauma. (tap all around after each statement, 3 times total)
Even though I didn't realize what was happening, I was scared…..reminder phrase, scared.
Even though our country was under attack and I was scared…
Even though so many people died that day and we all watched helpless…..reminder, helpless.
Even though I'll never get over the sadness and fear….reminder. I'll never get over it.
Even though I still cry over 9/11 and the tragedy…..reminder, still crying.
Even though life will never be the same…reminder, never be the same.
Even though I saw the planes hit the towers, over and over and over…reminder, planes hit the towers.
Even though I saw people jumping out of buildings…reminder, those poor people.
Even though the towers fell before my eyes…..reminder, the towers fell.
Even though it was terrible terrorism, and we all felt it……reminder terrorism.
Even though I'll never forget, I can leave the grief behind me…..reminder, letting go of grief.
Even though it felt so dangerous, I am safe now….reminder I am safe.
Even though the nation suffered so much trauma, there are things to find joy in now…reminder, finding joy.
Even though the events of 9/11 created so much terror, I now choose peace…reminder I choose peace.
If the photo at the beginning of this post triggered your emotions, when you are finished tapping the EFT phrases, go back and look at the picture. Does it still trigger you? Then keep tapping. Go through those statements and any others that you can word that are meaningful to you, and keep tapping. You can test how well it worked by finding news footage from that day, are there still emotions? If so, keep tapping. Until you can look at pictures and video and think about all you experienced with no emotional response. It's possible. I just did. And you can too. email me, if you need help with past traumas.
I often get asked the question in my classes or other places, what if I want to work on something, but I don't want everyone to know about it? That's definitely a valid question. Some things you don't mind sharing, but there are other things, that you just really would rather keep private. Relationship issues, intimate issues, things that are embarrassing, frightening, and so on. So, if you are someone who can go to an inexpensive class on a regular basis, like I teach, how do you make the most of it? Or if you want to do as a I previously suggested and share a session via conference call with friends.
Borrowing Benefits. If you want to read A LOT more about Borrowing Benefits, see the excellent article here. The basic idea is that while you watch someone else work on their issue or emotions, you participate and tap with them. Before you begin, you write down the name of or event that you want to work on with the matching 0-10 intensity. While you tap with the other person, whether live, by phone, or on video, you tap and use the words THEY ARE SAYING. And while you tap along, your issue begins to recede and resolve. Pretty cool huh? I think so.
There is a possibility that while tapping along, you can briefly get worse or be triggered, but most of the time, your issue will simply begin to fade. As the person tapping checks in on whether their issue is resolving, you check your intensity. If it is gone, pick a new one. If not, just keep going. Your subconscious knows what is going on in the background and will do the work for you.
I've tapped along with almost every single EFT DVD there is. And as I have, some things that I thought were my personality, but now I know weren't, have simply corrected themselves, never having been directly addressed. So, if you have no dollars, and you really think you need help, google every EFT video you can find. Go to youtube and tap along. I think Borrowing Benefits is one of Gary's best gifts/discoveries in the EFT arsenal. Tap along. It'll do you a world of good.
I'm so excited that my web design is finally done. GO ME! But, I am looking for the perfect banner image that conveys the message of Daily Abundance; a life filled up full with goodness and abundance. I'm going to run a contest for one week. Submit or give links to your favorite images that you think would qualify for the daily abundance theme. The images must be royalty free, although I would consider paying a small fee for the perfect image. And it must be available for COMMERCIAL use. Those are the only qualifications. I am the final judge although I may ask my facebook friends and followers to vote. The submitter of the winning image gets either free admission into one of my future classes (or video or audio substitute), or one FREE session with me. You can use it for yourself or gift it to someone else. Come and play! I get a complete website, you get complete relief. I would like the image also to fit in with my current background color, but I can tweak if it's an amazing image.
