Grief
EFT = my MAGIC wand
I got an unexpected call last night from someone who needed help. They knew my experience with EFT and wanted me to help them overcome a challenge. Years ago, I often used to say that I wish I had a magic wand that I could wave to help take pain and suffering from people. I am GRATEFUL BEYOND WORDS that I now have knowledge that I can do that.
I've helped people with many physical ailments including pain, physical damage to various parts of the body, asthma, heart irregularities, constipation, someone choking (not the heimlich), general stress, and more. I've helped people with addictions ranging from smoking, chewing, pot, food, chocolate, sugar, soda, pornography, usually quite easily. What can EFT help?
I've helped people completely eliminate emotions like grief, anger, anxiety, depression, fear, hatred, personality conflicts, and the like. I've helped two people completely recover from PTSD.
I've saved our family thousands of dollars in doctor and therapy bills. And I've gained so much satisfaction by seeing faces and lives change because of a simple technique that is easy to learn, easy to apply, and is THE MOST EFFECTIVE natural treatment I have ever seen or used in over 20 years of study of natural methods.
I know intimately, beyond doubt, what stress and emotions do to the body. Everything you feel is recorded in every cell of your body (Molecules of Emotion, Candance Pert). Stress really does take a toll on your physical body. The mind and body are TOTALLY connected. I've never seen an easier way to relax, to sleep better, to feel more peaceful, than to spend 5 minutes or less, just tapping on acupressure points. You can literally see changes in a person's face and body when you help them apply EFT.
The creator of EFT has a motto. "Try it on everything." And I do. I wish others could really know how amazing EFT is. You don't have to believe. You just have to try. There are very few things I hate. But I really HATE to see people suffering and know that I can do something about it. That they can do something about it. That there is an almost magical way to let go of those feelings and continue to embrace the happiness in life. I've seen it over and over and over….hundreds of times now.
My weakness comes in thinking I can do anything. I know that is not really true. But I've seen so many impossible things become instantly possible, that it gives me over confidence. Nonetheless, the technique is so effective, I can hardly help thinking it. I have almost NEVER failed to see improvement. I can only think of one time. And 80-90% of the time, those I help see TOTAL resolution. It's not me, it's the technique.
There are other healing techniques similar to EFT, but this is the one I know. This one is simple. This one anyone can learn. So, I just continue to try to learn things to help my technique and application. If you've never heard of it, please feel free to ask. Not everything resolves in moments, or easily. But I've seen things that take years of therapy resolve in hours. I am not a therapist. I am simply an educator and practitioner of EFT. It works. Let me know if I can help.

Life is worth Living!
In the last two weeks in our very small rural town, two people have taken their lives. One is actually still under investigation, so maybe one. Either way, suicide is such a devastating event for everyone left behind. How could I know that? Because when I was 19, my own mother took her life. I have to admit, there have been a couple of times in my life, when I was so overwhelmed with emotions and experiences that I considered it myself. Fortunately my faith, and my own experience recovering from my mother's death, kept me from making that bad decision.
I look back now on those times, and I thank God with everything in me, that I did not let my thoughts take me to places from which I would never return. Several of my children would not have been born had I followed through with it. And I think about what my life might be like if my mother had not taken her life. She'd have 10 grandchildren, and I am pretty sure she would be a part of their lives. She could not see beyond the moment to the possibilities. I had a best friend who was considering it at one point, and I remember my conversations with her, pleading with her to look beyond the moment. She is now in a much more successful place in her life and I am very grateful to have watched her fight her way to success.
Wanna save a life? I went to a Body Language training a couple of months ago and I asked the trainer how to tell if someone was contemplating suicide. Look for these signs and you may be able to save a life. Thanks Kirk for the tips.
1. Eyes that hang low even during happy topics.
2. No crying, emotions are turning into cement.
3. Droopy shoulders even during happy topics.
4. They don't know numbers, dates, they start generalizing about everything.
5. Tight lips – a lot of tight lips.
If you know someone who is displaying these behaviors, give them the message: "Stay on the planet, no leaving early!" And then give them lots of support and love and help them see their value.
EFT was invaluable many years after my mother died, in helping me heal those old wounds. They say "time heals all wounds." I don't believe that is true. Given the right circumstances, our old wounds often sideline us when least expected. But, we may not realize where the actions are coming from. EFT allowed me to go back to the horrible event of learning of my mother's death and all the events around that and her funeral, and totally release every negative feeling about. Except for the wish that it had never happened.
EFT has helped me overwhelmingly more than anything else, release guilt, self-doubt, self-loathing, and all kinds of other negative and limiting traits and beliefs. And you can too. Let me teach you how.
EFT for Personal Trauma
Whether it is an unexpected loss of a job or a family member, an accident or a worldwide disaster, the natural feelings we experience as we witness and go through these kinds of things, can be diminished significantly and often completely with EFT. Here are a few things you can do to minimize traumatic feelings and move toward peace.
1- Lean on close family and friends.
2- Learn ways of coping with stress.
3- Reach out to others in need around you.
4- Seek help for anything you cannot handle yourself or feel overwhelmed by.
EFT Setup Statements:
Even though watching all of the destruction is upsetting to me, I deeply and completely accept myself.
Even though I am overcome with
(fear, sadness, discouragement, grief, guilt), I deeply and completely accept myself.Even though I don' know what to do to feel better, I love and accept myself anyway.
Even though I am afraid things won't get better…
Even though all I want to do is (cry, sleep, run away)…
Even though it feels like my life is over…
Even though nothing will ever be the same again…
Even though I'll never get over it…
Anytime you feel any overwhelm, you can just tap on all the points around and around and around until you feel better.
