My class–Weight loss/food addictions/quit smoking

I am offering my first ongoing class. It starts Tuesday evening.

 

Learn how to stop dieting and stop smoking for good. Weekly ongoing class to learn how to address the hidden causes of weight issues and addictions, including food and smoking. Learn how to use a simple technique (EFT) in all of the following situations.

Do you feel deprived, abandoned, lost, lonely, empty, anxious, guilty, fearful, angry?

Do you eat when you feel any of those emotions?

Do you have limiting beliefs that keep you from losing weight, quitting smoking?

Are you obsessed with your weight, food, or cigarettes?

Do you think about food, or smoking, or other addicting behaviors ALL the time?

Learn how to address all of these things and more, with EFT. You will learn how to deal with the present problems of cravings during the day. You will learn how to let go of the weaknesses that keep you from losing weight. You will learn how the past and relationships affect your ability to lose weight.

Are you psychologically reversed?

Come find out. If you are, it will be impossible for you to lose weight or quit smoking. Learn how to easily straighten out that imbalance. Can you see yourself in the future at the weight you want or not smoking? If not, then this technique will help you do that too. Want to finally get through the holidays without gaining ten pounds? You can!

This will be an ongoing class through the end of the year. There will be two day classes a month on Thursdays (10-11:30am), and two evening classes a month on Tuesdays (7-8:30pm). First class is free. Cost for each class will be $5. Bring a friend and their first class is free. Come to one class or as many as you like. The techniques you learn will help you discover things you never knew were related to weight loss and you will finally be successful at not only losing weight, but keeping it off.

This class is meant to progress through the end of the year, to give everyone a chance to work through anything and everything that is keeping them from being less than successful with weight loss or addictions.

First class will cover:

Thorough learning of the EFT technique.
a-defining the problem
b-basic recipe
c-the setup
d-psychological reversal (and correcting for it)
e-the affirmation
f-the sequence
g-the reminder phrase
h-testing and adjustments

Using EFT for cravings.

Programming yourself for success.

Bring the food item that is your biggest weakness. Soda, chocolate, crunchy, chips, buttered popcorn, whatever it is. Bring it. Don't open it! We'll be smashing your cravings and you'll be giving me your food items, because you won't want them anymore. (JK, you can keep them, but don't be surprised if you don't care to take them home.)

EFT is a very flexible improvement tool that can be used for just about everything. Although I try to remain true to my training, I am using my version of it here. I have had extraordinary results and urge you to contact me for more information. I don't have medical or psychology training, but offer EFT as a teacher and coach.
